Vision Impossible is een creatieve studio voor evenementen. Vanuit onze studio in Amsterdam werken we aan projecten over de hele wereld. We maken spot-on video shows, podium- en show designs, motion graphics en staan als VJ’s op evenementen. Onze projecten variëren van dance-evenementen tot corporate events, van concerten tot innovatieve projecten met projection- en performance mapping. Wij bundelen onze creativiteit en vernieuwende technologieën om het publiek te verwonderen, te inspireren en onvergetelijke belevenissen te bezorgen. Daarmee tillen we show design naar een hoger niveau.

We zoeken een nieuwe Motion Graphic Designer voor ons creative team!

Als Motion Graphic Designer wordt jij verantwoordelijk voor het vormgeven van visuals voor verschillende projecten. Je bedenkt en ontwerpt animaties en motion graphics voor uiteenlopende opdrachtgevers. Je gaat naar evenementen en leert daar zelf de videobeelden te mixen. Het werk is gevarieerd en je zal verschillende stijlen en sferen vormgeven, bij jou is (bijna) ieder design vernieuwend. Je bent ambitieus, communicatief vaardig, je werkt zelfstandig en hebt een commerciële houding.

Dit ga je doen:

• Idee- & conceptontwikkeling
• Het vormgeven van visuals
• Ontwerpen van animaties & motiongraphics
• Optioneel : Op evenementen mixen van visuals
• Communicatie met opdrachtgevers

Voor deze functie is het van belang dat je in ieder geval:

• Een afgeronde opleiding in media of vormgeving hebt op MBO (niveau 4) of HBO werk niveau.
• Een goede animator en vormgever bent in zowel 2D als 3D.
• Kennis hebt van grafische programma’s. 
• Beschikt over een spetterend portfolio waaruit blijkt dat je diverse stijlen beheerst. 
• Zowel in teamverband als zelfstandig goed kunt werken.
• Nauwkeurig bent, goed om kunt gaan met tijdsdruk en oog hebt voor kwaliteit.
• Een creatieve geest hebt in het denken en uitvoeren.
• Een affiniteit hebt met muziek en evenementen.
• Geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit hebt.
• Wonen in of in de nabijheid van Amsterdam is een pre

We are looking for a new Motion Graphic Designer for our creative team!

As a Motion Graphic Designer you will be responsible for designing visuals for various projects. You create and design animations and motion graphics for various clients. You will go to events and learn to mix the visuals yourself. The work is diverse and you will design in different styles and atmospheres; with you, (almost) every design is innovative. You are ambitious, have excellent communication skills, can work independently and have a commercial attitude.

This is what you will do:

• Idea & concept development. 
• Designing visuals
• Designing animations & motion graphics
• Optional: Mixing visuals on set

For this job, it is important that you at least have:

• A completed education in media or design at MBO (level 4) or HBO work level.
• Are a good animator and designer in both 2D and 3D 
• Have knowledge of graphic programmes. 
• You have a very impressive portfolio that shows that you have mastered various styles. 
• Can work well in a team as well as independently.
• You are accurate, can handle pressure and have an eye for quality.
• Have a creative mind when thinking and executing.
• Have an affinity with music and events.
• Don’t have a 9 to 5 mentality.
• Living in or near Amsterdam is a pre
